Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings as stated:

• jkq22 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel — any such request is fraudulent.

jkq22 is not responsible for any loss arising from a user's negligence in keeping their account information confidential.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

jkq22 supports a range of payment methods suitable for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Supported methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit for all methods is RM30 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is received and verified.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless stated otherwise.
• jkq22 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals that require further review for security or compliance purposes.

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate. jkq22 is not responsible for delays arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses offered by jkq22 are subject to wagering requirements stated specifically for each offer. Users are required to read and understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 200% first deposit match bonus, up to a maximum of RM1,000.

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → balance RM300 → wagering required RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• Example: Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM1,000 → balance RM2,200 → wagering required RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.
• Bonuses may only be used within the jkq22 platform and cannot be transferred.

jkq22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any abuse or misuse of bonuses, jkq22 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus amount and close the account.

VIP Programme and Cashback

jkq22 offers a tiered VIP programme to reward member loyalty. There are five VIP tiers, each providing different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier advancement depends on the user's level of activity over time. jkq22 reserves the right to review a user's VIP tier and improve the benefit structure without prior notice.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

Users agree to use the jkq22 platform honestly and responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Committing any form of fraud, including credit card fraud, false transactions or money laundering.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system.
• Creating an account using a false identity or inaccurate information.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Responsible Gambling

• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the required timeframe.
• Account closure request by the user themselves.

If an account is closed for valid reasons, any remaining balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

jkq22 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Users are advised to review this page periodically.

Continued use of the platform after amendments are published means the user accepts and agrees to the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the amendment takes effect.
